Francis Cleetus started fiddling with computers at a very  early age. Years later, he started writing about them as a staff reporter for Dataquest magazine. Along the way, he switched careers and started creating ads for tech brands at ad agencies in India, Hong Kong and the US. He also doodled on the side, especially during long conference calls. Francis has drawn tech cartoons for the TCS staff e-zine, the Pittsburgh Technology Council's TEQ magazine and a host of other publications. He has also created award-winning ads for HP computers, GE appliances, Philips electronics and NEC printers. But he still hasn't figured out what the F11 key on his MacBook Pro laptop is for.
